Terms of Service
Agency Client Onboarding · last updated September 29, 2026
These terms apply to Agency Client Onboarding at agencyclientonboarding.com, a service of Kitchn Venture GmbH, Französische Straße 12, 10117 Berlin, Germany (“we”, see our imprint). They cover agencies that create an account and clients who open a request link an agency sent them.
1. What Agency Client Onboarding does
An agency creates a request for the accounts it needs (for example a Meta ad account, a Facebook Page or a Google Ads account) and sends its client one link. The client signs in on Meta's or Google's own pages and chooses what to share; where the platforms allow it, Agency Client Onboarding shares access for them, otherwise it shows them the steps. The agency sees which accounts are shared and which are still missing. What each platform supports is shown in the app and can change when the platforms change.
2. Who may use it
Agency Client Onboarding is for businesses. By creating an account you confirm that you act for a business (an agency, freelancer or company), not as a consumer. Accounts are let in from the early-access list one by one; we may decline or close an account without giving reasons while the service is in early access.
3. Price
Agency Client Onboarding is free. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you beforehand, and nothing you use today becomes paid without your agreement.
4. Your account
- Keep your password to yourself and tell us at hello@agencyclientonboarding.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members do.
- You can delete your account at any time by writing to us; we then delete its data as described in the privacy policy.
5. Agencies: what you promise
- You only send requests to clients you work for, and only ask for access you need for that work.
- You use the access you receive only as agreed with your client, and remove it when the work ends or the client asks.
- The account IDs and email addresses you enter as recipients are your own or your agency's.
- You do not use Agency Client Onboarding to trick anyone into sharing access, to send spam, or to get around the rules of Meta, Google or any other platform.
6. Clients who open a request link
You do not need an account and you never give us a password. You decide which accounts to share and at which access level; the agency receives exactly that. The arrangement about what the agency does with the access is between you and the agency; we are not part of it. You can remove access at any time in Meta and Google, and have our data about you deleted as described on the data deletion page.
7. Meta, Google and other platforms
Sharing happens in the platforms themselves, under their terms (for example Meta's Terms and Google's Terms of Service). We are not responsible for the platforms: they may change or limit what can be shared, reject a request, or be unavailable. Agency Client Onboarding is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta, Google or Shopify.
8. Availability and changes
Agency Client Onboarding is in early access. We work to keep it available and correct, but do not promise a particular availability, and we may change, limit or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, we will tell agencies at least 30 days in advance by email.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations (those that make the service possible at all and that you may rely on), limited to the damage typical and foreseeable when you started using it. Otherwise our liability is excluded. Because the service is free, the rules on gifts in the German Civil Code (§§ 521, 524 BGB) apply in addition.
10. Ending
You can stop using Agency Client Onboarding at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and otherwise close accounts with 30 days' notice by email.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will email agencies at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not object before then, the new terms apply; if you object, you can close your account.
12. Law and place of jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, as far as the law allows.
